Abstract: 
Die vorliegende Arbeit gliedert sich in zwei Teile. Ein theoretischer Teil stellt die Bedeutung einer ganzheitlichen Ernährungsbildung für Schulen dar. Ein zweiter Teil beschreibt Unterrichtsmaterialien, um die Themen "Nachhaltiges Ernährungsverhalten" und "Verantwortungsvoller Konsum" in den Klassen 8 bis 10 zu diskutieren.

The theoretical part of the study in hand outlines the importance of an integrated approach to nutritional education. The term “sustainable nutrition” is exemplified by the overall concept of “sustainable development”. As a result hereof, requirements regarding the content and methods of an integrated approach to nutritional education are being described and justified. In the practical part of this study educational concepts are being depicted in order to discuss the topics “Sustainable Nutritional Attitude” and “Responsible Consumption” in grades 8 to 10. The objective hereof is the reflection of personal nutritional attitudes as well as the recog-nition of individual courses of action to encourage consumption in a self-determined way.
The titel “Essen all inclusive: Lecker-Gesund-Ökologisch-Fair” introduces five modules where different aspects and interrelations regarding nutrition come up for discussion.
