Es werden grundlegende Mechanismen und biochemische Prozesse erörtert, deren Ein- und Auswirkungen in Zusammenhang mit der Synthese von Stickstoffmonoxid stehen, das als Auslöser von nitrosativem Stress gilt. Dabei wird der Fokus besonders auf die ernährungsphysiologischen Auswirkungen von Nitrosativem Stress und die Einflüsse der empfohlenen Ernährung gerichtet. Die Zusammenhänge von NO, Cobalamin und Kohlenhydraten werden anhand von Fachliteratur und Studien diskutiert. In the first part of this thesis, the main propositions of the concept of Kuklinski are pictured. Therefore the concept is separated in three sections: nitrosative stress, carbohydrates and vitamin B12. Due to this separation the next parts are analog divided in three parts. The estimation of the concept of Kuklinski is based on literature and researchs. Biochemical reactions of nitric oxide in human body and interactions between nitric oxide, carbohydrates and vitamin B12 are discussed. Restriction of carbyhydrates in order to inhibit nitrosative stress is not proved. Constitutive nidic oxide syntheses do not interfere carbohydrate metabolism. There is no gain to reduce carbohydrates, contrariwise glucose is important for the prevention of necrosis against the NO triggered apoptosis during hypoxia. Kuklinski studied the effect of Vitamin B12 to nitric oxide by measurements of the expiration air. He found out that nitic oxide concentration decreases according to a injection of vitamin B12. This result contains the mesurements of 20 patients, this does not achieve validity. Further researchs are missing. An explanation, if and in which way vitamin B12 reacts with nitic oxide, is missing too. A lack of vitamin B12 under normal conditions is improbable. In conclusion the research evidence does not suffice. Further researchs of glutathion according to the influence of vitamin B12 would be interesting. 34 |
