Einsatz eines Eyetracker basierten Miningverfahrens für ein Companionsystem

Abstract

Diese Arbeit beschreibt die Companion Technologie im Kontext des Emo- Bike Projektes der HAW-Hamburg. Insbesondere wird der Bereich der Emotionserkennung mithilfe eines Eyetrackers betrachtet. Es wird untersucht ob Algorithmen aus dem Data Mining Bereich bei der Auswertung hilfreich sein können. Abschließend erfolgt eine Vorstudie um zu zeigen, dass eine Erweiterung des EmoBike Projektes durch einen Eyetracker sinnvoll ist.

This thesis describes the companion technology in the context of the EmoBike project of the HAW-Hamburg. The emotion detection with an eyetracker is an integral part of this thesis. It is shown, that algorithms of the data mining context can be used to classify emotions. A preliminary study is conducted to present the usefullness of an eyetracker in the EmoBike context.
